The Meaning of the checkmarks is:
1 checkmark: The Listing has been submitted to Amazon
2 checkmarks:The Listing is Approved
1 Checkmark: My submission to the Prep Center has been completed
So if you don’t see the second 1 Checkmark, it means the submission to the
Prep Center has not been completed, right?
So, the question is: how can I find why…

You should always check to see if a prep form has been submitted in any case, even if you submitted one in Spyrivals X. You can create one yourself in Prep Center AI. The Prep Center AI is where you will see what items have been received by the prep center, items rejected and for the reason what has been sent to Amazon. You can track…

hi Melissa, in my case I can see the items are listed and submitted but I don’t see the last check mark. Can I just go on with the submission and buy the products? Thx

in the Videos Section “Listing + Submitting Items …..” Adam mentioned that we need to check “Listed Products” file for “A single checkmark, a double checkmark, and a single checkmark. And once you had them, then you can buy the inventory.
However, when I look at the “Listed Products” I can’t see no checkmarks!
Can someone let me know why…

I actually see the 1st check mark and the second double checkmarc but not the third single Check mark. But I will be at the Friday and Saturday meetings

I contacted Amazon. They DO NOT send email to verify your account personal data specially a video interview where you give your Gov ID info and other info they ask for on that video. Be careful.

After being ungated from a really good high-volume-fast selling product, I got a letter from someone who claims to be the brand manager of that product. she wanted me to take down my listing and threatened further action if I do not do as she bid me to do. Do the submitted prep forms that are done in the middle of the month get deleted at the beginning of the next month? so Sept 12 submitted and the 1rst of Oct they are rejected? I know that it takes a couple weeks for the prep center to recieve things from the other side of the country.

Yes, if they are listed successfully then you can make a prep form and then purchase the product and send to the prep center.

I am unable to find the achieved friday live product sourcing sessions ,recordings.Previously they easily popped up but now I’m only finding the current recording i.e Friday 10/31/25. Kindly someone help me out.Thanks
