How long do I wait before submitting a refund request to Walmart for something delivered to Prep Center but the Prep Center says it has not been received? Walmart sent Proof of Delivery for Jan 29, a weekday, but as of Feb 20, the Prep Center does not show it as Received. I don’t even know if Walmart will issue a refund if they say it WAS delivered.

Do it now. Most likely the left it outside during non- business hours and it “disappeared”. The delivery person is not making sure it is delivered properly.

I found it easy to get refund if it is sold and shipped by Walmart .If it is sold by third party you should contact Walmart immediately and contact seller via Walmart. I always leave footnote after purchasing that the driver should Not leave items at the door but to go into Prep Center office. Hope it helps.

I am thrilled to meet those that are attending the Boca Raton Level Up in a couple of weeks time. I will be flying into FLL about 1pm on Friday 27th. I guess by the time i get to the hotel and check in lunch will be truly over so will meet everyone at the H.H. Safe travels.

I bought the sellers black book and 1,500+ Auto-Ungate List, but items on the list are still gated. I thought Auto-ungate for immediate use means I can find products from the list that are ready to sell on amazon.

in my experience the list isn’t to find products, its to help you get approved for brands, catagories, and sub catagories. once you get approved for brands you can then find other products from those brands. I have found since January 1st the approvals have become more strict. I started in March of 2025 and even with the lists I still struggle…

I just sold my first Ebay product for Amazon MCF. It was easy but I thought Amazon wasn’t going to charge us to ship and they did charge me.
