Hi, My application status in my Seller Central Account shows Approved by a couple brands. Does this mean that I have been approved by the brands via my online applications? If so, could you advise on how to initiate communication with these brands via email to move to the next step? A detail step-step guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have encountered numerous repricer issues. I am in the Canadian marketplace. Pricing I have entered disappears, current price does not show, items moved to inactive reappear in active etc. I have sent multiple emails to support without any response. Where should I go for assistance? Thanks

I have 20 of one video game that are listed as Excess Inventory in Seller Central. I have the Buy Box. The price is competitive across other sites. Amazon suggests a sponsored ad but I can’t do that with the way we list products, right? It’s also not selling on Ebay at half the price. I’m not sure what else to do.

We can run ads for our products, we just can’t add A+ content to listings or make other changes to listings if we don’t have Brand Registry credentials (which 99% of the time we don’t unless it’s your own brand or you are working with the brand). Amazon AWS actually has issues from time to time. The other day Hulu was down and Facebook was down. These types of things happen and there’s nothing we can do about them unfortunately.

The prep center has been upgraded. I can find my oldest plans in the list of closed submissions but NOT my most recent ones. Also, my prep credit expiration date is wrong.
