Can anyone guide me to a video on how to fix rejected items in the prep center , I have to fix some issues and iv searched for a video but i must be over looking the solution . And i typed in the search bar but im at a road block i know the solution is here im just overlooking it .

Well you do need check marks under all areas. The middle has to have 2checks.

You have to WAIT til all 3 sections are checked. If it is taking too long (sometimes even 24 hours) you can try resubmitting a new prep form. In that case, I personally don’t use Spyrivals but complete the prep form in Prep Center Ai. Then WAIT again…..

Should I do anything if one of my items is listed in Seller Central as EXCESS INVENTORY but I am listed on Amazon as 2nd & 3rd lowest price seller? Repricer is set.

Yes, source is where you get the items for a good price, then you listing first, don’t buy them yet.

hello everyone I have a question Im new to all of this and do not want to sound stupid lol,, the prep center form should be filled out before ordering and sending the items right? on the form is says whats the orginal shipping source what do i put there? and the submission date I just put the date right? then it has exp date so thats the exp…

Hi Diane as already mentioned above ,and getting the thumbs up from Bobby original shipping source is where you purchase your items from. Example if you bought it from Walmart put Walmart. When buying food . Ask the Retailer for expiration date where possible. can be tricky.

Hi i have 2items Pending. How is this possible?. When my hubby buys things on Amazon we pay and there is no pending on the card. Who are these buyers that causes a Pending on items?.There’s plenty of that item as i have not sold any of it. Any suggestions?.

Patience…… The moment Amazon ships the product to the customer. BAM! It will not be pending anymore and you’ll see Payment complete.

I tried to get ungated for an item and cannot due to Authenticity Concerned. I have only listed one asin Qty 2. Which sold . This was off of a bolo deal as well.

Keep applying to anything and everything. The more activity you have the more you will get ungated for. Stay relentless! It will come.
