I am a new seller here. I have learned soooo much from the videos…I feel like I am in college again. 😆I’m taking so many notes. After watching the first 5 BOLO deal videos, I felt READY to get at least one GOOD product listed!

Totally Lost My Amazon account is not connecting with the listing process but I can go to Amazon and list if I knew how, the process is not as simple as 123 and I have had a meeting in weeks to instruct me on anything, can I at least get a weekly call to sort this out please I paid $14K for help and have gotten very little

Is it possible to use the same ASIN number for the same product but different print. I sold out of a certain print of umbrellas but my second print i cannot find on Amazon. When I bought wholesale it came with two different prints. Do I have to create a new listing?

Each variation has a different ASIN, the ASIN is specific to the product detail…..

Hello- I am a newbie and I have a question on the 500 Prep credits I bought from the last live event, should I see the balance of those when I click on Purchase credits link? Where would I see the balance so that I can start buying products. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Click on the Prep Center AI tab, scroll down, and look to the right; it shows the credits used and remaining.

Does a company automatically get put on your seller page when you select the application? I have a bunch saying ‘draft’ that I’m not eligible to apply for (need 100 units, etc). Is there a way to delete them from the page?

The seller application page logs all your selling requests. There is no way to delete them.

I’ve listed 4 items on EBAY last week, sold 3 items today on EBAY. The same item I have listed on AMAZON has not made any sells. EBAY does pay off!

What does it mean – or how do I list it – when Sprivals says I need approval, but Amazon says I can sell mine NEW?

Hi Cheryl, usually when amazon states “sell yours new” wait just a few minutes and refresh then you will have the option to list with spyrivals . I’ve seen take 15 minutes or so before the application clears.
