Hello Melissa, Im having the same problem as eve/ryone else . My Spyrivals is not loading and the Prep Center wants me to pay an Admin fee. I have no idea how to do this. I don’tsee any videos.

when you click on the box with the daily/monthly estimated sales that takes you to the profit calculator/ list Item/ historical data popup. when you click on historical data it takes you to the line graph. you can click on each color box at the top of that screen to deselect the line colors on the graph. that way you can focus just on the data…

Hello i am confused as to to how to replenish sold out inventory. Adam said in one of the videos to simply fill our a new prep form but woukdn’t i have ti go back to my buying source and hope that item is still on sale ?

Hi Roy i just saw your post. Please go to Videos in the Community . Its right at the bottom and click on it . You will see all videos then select Replenish Inventory and watch it. your Prep Form is found in the Prep Center AI. Cheers!

Morning I am trying to use Lister AI for list a item on Ebay After filling out the form hit the submit tab
I get an message ACCESS DENIED Anyone able to lead me in the right direction to correct this

Hi Teresa! You can not list on ebay from Lister AI. You create your listing and then copy/paste it on ebay. Maybe tune into Adam on Saturdays and review the sessions. He’s done quite a few trainings on this topic. Thanks.

Hi Teresa, Just because you are ungated doesn’t mean that other restrictions don’t apply. The error code doesn’t appear until the shipment is created.

I have been having issues with listing also. It’s definitely coming from the Amazon side.

I noticed in my seller central that Amazon has change there layout. The delays seem to be from them doing updates to there system. I have had a delay of 1-2 days for a couple of listings, although some are only a few hours.

On Friday 10th i had issues with the IM connection. I could not attend the session because of it. On Sunday similar thing. I could not do my Amazon work because IM was down. Several others were having the same issue so it was not on my end. Thank goodness it is working now.
