    The LENOX 7/8″ Hole SAW are coming up with an INVALID SKU error code. Please relist the items on Amazon ( creates a new sku) and then create a new prep form.

          • Maria – it can take time. FYI, sometimes they accept it, have it and it can sell before it’s marked “closed”.

          • Yes it’s $9.99/month. Click on your IM Dashboard – the link to download the mobile app is in the upper right corner. It’s SpyRivals – not SpyRivals X (for specifics). Thx.

          • I ran into an issue with walmart shipping. Apparently they had an issue delivering to the prep center last time. Can anyone let me know what the normal prep center business hours are so i can input the info on my delivery notes. TYIA

            • Hi Joseph – have you reviewed the prep center user guide? Details are covered there. The IM Prep center is closed on weekends and national holidays. Walmart will sometimes attempt weekend deliveries which is never good 🙂

            • Muhammad – unless this is your specific branded product, you can’t ensure seller compliance across international marketplaces. These issues should not impact your US account.

            • I listed 10 units of a product, bought them and forwarded directly to the prep center. Amazon has located 9 only citing a discrepancy. How do l trace the 3 units missing? Advice please.

                      • Olga – there is no longer a Facebook group. You are IN the IM Community now. The Facebook group was an old program BEFORE we had this Community and was not discussed with you as being part of this program. There is no need to have a FB Group when you are currently in the IM Group. Hope that helps. Thx.
