Hello
I was in the process of listing which I got approved for and during the process of filling out the prep for it asked for the SKU.. I am sourcing it from Walmart and I noticed that the product as shown on Spy rival is being sold by a 3rd party and not by amazon.. Do anyone know the rules or policies in regard to buying from 3rd party…

Hi JP – I’m going to encourage you to watch though the BOLO Search videos as this topic is covered at length. The short answer is that it’s not encouraged to by from a 3rd party however it’s an option. There’s no “rule” around it.

I was very happy to be ungated in two brands today but I noticed that the products in both brands were “Sold by Amazon” and “Shipped by Amazon” with no other sellers. When I looked for the products in the brand’s store, the prices all match exactly the same as in the Amazon listing.
I cannot find other sensible product sources.
What is…-
For new sellers Edgar we discourage you to complete with sold by and shipped by amazon.

I’ve listed an item in my store but my shipping by FBA shows 2-3 weeks longer than the other FBA stores. How can i change that? or is it seller performance based?

Audrea – this is controlled by Amazon and is specific to the buyer. Not everyone sees the same info however it can’t be changed.

Hi Patrick. Good morning. You do not need a Social Security number to apply for a resale certificate however, you do need an EIN number.

oh i have one more question i just got the Repricer ‘ in order to change the price on all ready listed items do i set high and low the price in my Amazon store ? are they connected or do i reset the price some other way ? hopefully this is adequate description of my issue

Hi Joseph, What is the reason for the rejected? It can’t be sent to Amazon so you will need to email the prep center a prepaid shipping label to get your item returned to you or if gated then try to get approval again by relisting on Amazon and requesting approval. You will need to address the reason for rejection and then create a new prep…
