Hello,
So I’m trying to list my first product and I’m getting this error when I fill out the prep center form
ERROR: The following MSKUs are not valid:
However I got the SKU from the IM listed products section.
Any help on this or is there a video I’m missing that explains how to correct this error?

Augustine – you can’t send items to the prep center that have invalid MSKU’s because Amazon isn’t allowing that item to be sent for FBA. It doesn’t mean you can’t sell it – however you can’t have amazon ship it to the customer.

I listed a product on the ‘Listed Products’ sheet in IM Community here but did NOT order it, so I am not setting up a Prep invoice. Is there a way I can delete it.

If you get ungated in a ‘Brand’ and there is all different Asins for the different flavors, are you supposed to be ungated in all of them because it’s the same brand name? Or do you have to be ungated in each flavor too in that Brand? How does that work?

Cher you have to be ungated for every ASIN regardless of the brand – every variation has a different ASIN.

Hello, I received an unpleasant reply from the prep center regarding no prep form. I replied to email I didn’t order what they were requesting payment for and that is why I didn’t complete a prep form. The below was the reply. Please advise how to handle. I do not wish to be charged $40 for something I didn’t place an order for and feel…

Willa – if the item in question is not yours then you don’t have anything to worry about. If there is no plan for the items you sent to the prep center, there is ad admin fee that is due.

That sounds like your Wi-Fi connection maybe,,

Cher – our software makes no alert messages for IP issues suspected – this has nothing to do with your WIFI…

Trying Bolo Search (again) and set parameters according to Adam’s suggestions. Why does EVERY item in various categories (in at leasts 5 pages so far) have a RED FLAG?? When I click on the flag there is no specific reason given and I can’t see the difference in the sourced item vs Amazon.

Cheryl – ALL ITEMS in BOLO Search have a “red flag”. They are there for the USER to “FLAG” an item if it’s an issue so that an admin can decide if the item should be “hidden” from search results. The flag does not mean there is an issue – In fact it’s rare when there is an issue. Thx.
