Hallo everyone,l listed a product little over 3weeks ago and it was recieved at the prep center yesterday.The reason it took so long to arrive is because the initial consignment got lost and the retailer had to reship the products.Here is my dillema.When l listed this product on February the 20 th ,there were several sellers and the brand…

Merab – there’s not a whole lot you can do. Make sure your item is set up with the repricer to make sure you are competitively priced. Have you watched the IM Live Virtual event from last week? It might be really helpful.

Thank you for the info. The tech team is aware of what you are experiencing. There is actually an update in the Home Prep technology. Thx in advance for your patience. The updates should be pushed “live” within the next hour.

I noticed that nothing gets logged on open submissions like before. So whenever I encountered issues when creating shipments like no data is available, etc. When I hit go back everything gets deleted and I have to start all over again.

Hi Susan and Mark,
With all of the Amazon updates and IM Updates that have happened (and are now completed), the team has started working on the mobile app including updates to SpyRivals and the Prep Center. The updates should be completed soon and will automatically update within your IM Mobile App.
