Hello All 🙂 I have an item approved to list, I submitted the prep form and its been a few days. I checked on the item before I was going to buy and I get this error. Why is the MSKU giving errors and how do I fix it? Or should I just not sell this item?

That’s happened to me also . I reentered the sku but it still wouldn’t work so I moved on .

Missing or held up product in Prep Center. We submitted a prep form and listed a product on Amazon (both accepted). We had the product sent to the Prep Center, with indications that all were received and the status was listed at Accepted on Feb 10th. Since this time, we’ve received no status notifications of shipment or that it has been…

This item was shipped to Amazon 23+ days ago – details are in your prep center account including tracking info, etc.
With regards to your email – the prep center doesn’t provide shipping updates.

Think my repricer is not working correctly
I think I have issues with the repricer. I have several items that have this issue but here is one example. As you can see the handwarmers are in my listed products with the green check marks, the live listing on Amazon ( I am 4-Point Distribution) but yet the handwarmers are stuck in the repricer as inactive products.

Mark – you can either purchase what SpyRivals suggests or you can do whatever you believe is best. Ultimately you have to make this decision. Not sure what the color has to do with the question 🙂

I have an ungating issue. I have submitted invoices, have identified all the action figures in my box of 8 and have at least 100 items of the same action figure x2. I have 50 boxes and that gives me about 400 items total since there are 8 items in a box and i have 50 boxes. Each time I submit, i get a different problem identified from amazon. …

Hi Kathleen, the only advice we can give you is to provide Amazon with the information they need with the way they need it. Amazon doesn’t provide phone support for ungating support. Amazon doesn’t have to unagate anyone – and Amazon gets to choose which invoices they want to accept. There isn’t any other option other than re-submitting…

Kathleen, the replay is the same place where the live event session takes place – The replay was posted 30 minutes after the live event LAST NIGHT. The replay is available in the courses section under replays.
