I’m having problems figuring out how to access the product labels in Home Prep AI for my FBA shipments. No problem with the shipping label. I’m sure I’m missing something but I can’t figure it out. Would love to get some guidance? Thank you.

Please help! 7 items of my inventory dissapeared and the other three are saying that i’m not approved to sell even though I was approved. What do I do to fix this? I have these items on the way to the prep center and everything!

Hi Amy – how exactly can we help you? Did you submit the prep form prior to sending the item to the Prep Center? If the items were submitted they would appear inside of your listed products AND inside of your prep center admin. Have you checked your Listed Products tab inside to check the status of the items you listed?

I am trying to enter ASIN B01JIRJK8S into the prep center, and I am getting an Alert that says Amazon has not provided Internet Mastery with the listing information. What needs to be done?

Hi Davina – it can take 90+ minutes after you have listed an item before you can submit it to the Prep Center. You are getting that Alert because you have not waited long enough. BTW, have you gotten your ticket to the Virtual IM LIVE starting Thursday? It would definitely benefit you to attend.

Hi Lawrence – the Prep Center AI upgrade is still in progress, which we expect to be complete by Thursday, March 6th and introduced / shared and reviewed during IM Live in a few days. Hopefully you have your ticket and you’ll be joining us then. Thx so much!
