When I try to watch the recording of the Interactive Sourcing from today, I only see a black screen. Can you tell me how to watch the recording?

There are several options – we’re trying to have it only show one option – have you tried the 2nd one on the list? It’s been an interesting glitch to fix – we haven’t fixed yet, but it’s definitely there because I just watched it 🙂

I tried all options along with the audio and chat. I get a black screen on the videos. No audio and no chat.

Hi to everyone, I was so excited to attend Adam’s live sourcing program but missed it due to time misunderstanding. I’m in California, so my time was 9.30 I believe and not 12.30. Anyway, I am glad I will be able to watch the recording. Thank you, Adam.

Hi Janet, to watch the recording you should select the 2nd option on the replay list. It’s been an interesting glitch to fix – we haven’t fixed yet, but it’s definitely there because I just watched it 🙂

I agree – I’m surprised we didn’t have more people there live however the recording is posted and available for everyone to watch. Great for beginners!

I am trying to submit a prep form but a message appears saying that I don’t have enough credits and therefore I should purchase credits. How does this work? Kindly someone elaborate .I have no clue how to do it. And I realize this is one of those things I did not grasp from the beginning.

Good morning Merab. Your plan included a set amount of items you can send to the prep center. Congrats on actions on using them all. Now you need to purchase credits. You can do the from the IM Dashboard. You purchase one credit for each item you send in. Hope that helps. Keep up the great work!

Hey David – that’s very common for new sellers. My suggestion is to head over to the Courses and watch the Onboarding Series. It will answer the majority of your questions. Watch them in order so you don’t miss anything. Thx.

I listed on amazon directly a product. How does that communicate to the center. Do i just send to the center and you see my approvals on amazon

Mark the best advice I can share with you is to watch head over to the “courses” area and watch the onboarding videos including the Prep Center process. You might want to download the prep center user guide as well. Finally you shouldn’t send items to the prep center until you have completed a prep form. Thx.
