  Hi, we are having issues creating a shipping plan since May 31 using Home Prep AI. The tool keeps circling with the message “Taking longer than usual, please wait while we process your shipment.” We sent a message to support via chat, including the video recording, and the response we got was, “We are here to help, and the issue is still ongoing. Please see the screen recording attached.
