  invalid msku number

  trying to submit a prep form and it says error: invalid msku . how can i submit? i already ordered the product

  I am having the same situation. Prep Form saying MSKU. How to go about this?. Did you find a solution to this issue Dwane?

    Adam talked about this on Saturday… more than likely you may not be able to sell this item but list it again on Amazon and try to make prep form again. Do you have all the check marks in LISTED PRODUCTS?

  More than likely you can’t sell this item… Try to relist on Amazon and see if the same thing happens.
