  1. Hi ,my spyrivals X on Amazon.com is not opening up to enable me look up data. I have tried to figure out the problem but all in vain .kindly I need help ,I can not determine the profit margins ,I can not list on Amazon , I can not seek approval coz all these are not showing since the extension is not opening up. Thanks.

  Try uninstalling the extension and then reinstalling it. Make sure you are in Chrome.

    I did that and it did not work for me.
