  Submission ID Mix Up

  I’ve submitted two Prep Center forms for the same product. On 2/4/25 the plan was for a quantity of 7 (Submission ID 60717), on 2/16, the plan was for a quantity of 6 (Submission ID 61302). The shipment for 7 items was received at the prep center on 2/10, and when those items were sent to Amazon, the Submission ID (61302) for 6 items was used, rather than the Submission ID (60717) for 7 items. The second delivery shows it was delivered to the Prep Center on 2/21/25, however, I don’t see where these items have been sent to Amazon yet, and I’m concerned it is because the correct Submission ID 61302 has already been used. Can this be looked into, please?

  As you are aware, the prep center does not provide updates. This forum is for technical support and not requests from the prep center. Sorry we will not be able to provide further insight in this forum.
