Hey John – the tech team will check but it seems like it’s an Amazon issue. Have you listed the item directly on Amazon to see what happens?

I had the same issue today. I figured it’s Amazon issue. I listed the product in Amazon and it worked.

Thank you for the update. Yes the team is working on the fix. It is an Amazon issue that has just started. It shouldn’t take too long for the team to get it resolved.

Same scenario. I used Adams advice and just tried listing on Amazon.

We were able to list the product directly on Amazon, however we aren’t able to submit a prep center form. I also reached out to Amazon support and they were able to see our listings for the two items but either weren’t able to troubleshoot the communication between Amazon and the IM, or they didn’t know how. They recommended trying to send a shipping plan to determine if the issue still exists. Janice

Thank you for the update. There’s never a reason to actually check with Amazon directly, as their team would have no knowledge of the integration with Internet Mastery community. We have confirmed it is in fact an Amazon issue and the team is working to resolve it quickly. Thanks for your patience.

Hey everyone, our awesome tech team has fixed the issue that Amazon was causing. Please go ahead and relist the ASINs that were giving you issue and then check your listed products. Remember – it can take up to 90 for Amazon to confirm the listing. Thank you for your understanding.
