I think this is where I need to post my tech issue.
Hello, I’m having issues with the Customer Portal Hub (One Magic Link) and need some help. My account currently appears under my husband’s name instead of mine, which means all my previous receipts are under his name. Because of this issue, my monthly plan charges are getting declined since the billing information (name) doesn’t match my credit card records. I’ve already contacted customer support about this but haven’t received any response. Could someone please assist me in resolving these issues?
