Item is listed – Prep form not available
I am working on restocking and I ran across an item that does not pull up in Prep Center AI to submit a prep form for the new inventory. It is in Listed Products showing the initial prep form submission. See attached for where it is in Listed Products.

In the prep form screen, when I type the first couple of words of the name of the item in the ‘Select Product/ASIN’ box. The item is not in the list of items that populate to choose from. Similar items populate but not this one. So I can’t select it to complete the form.

This means there is an issue with the item in your Amazon account. Prep center pulls the items directly from your Amazon account. They are 100% connected.
