Unable to complete prep center form
Hello,
I have a product for which we received all the necessary check marks. However, when I fill out the prep form in the prep center, I receive the message “ERROR: The following MSKUs are not available for inbound. If these were recently added, please try again later.” MSKUs: [im-BODSJS349Q-15277-101333].
I have tried over the last two days and still receive this message. Can you tell me if there is a way to list them or should I just look for other products?
