Hi Shirley – thx for info. This is a known Amazon issue and our team has been working with Amazon this for several days. Amazon keeps promising a fix however it’s taking the monger than usual to resolve.
As a side note sometimes this happens if an expiry date isn’t entered or you choose the wrong shipping plan option. If there are multiple options you should try each one. Either one of those suggestions has resolved this specific issue 9 out of 10 times. Let us know if that works. Also providing additional screenshots would be helpful. Hang in there – the team is on it.
