Hi Jenny – you don’t have the latest version of the App. The latest version is 1.8 – you have 1.7. You need to download the latest version. Thx

Hi Daniel – this error message comes from Amazon. It states that the item is “not available for inbound” which means it can not be sent to the prep center OR to amazon for fulfillment. Therefore, you would skip the item and move on to another one. This is why we submit the form before purchasing the inventory. Thx – have a great day!

Victor – your issue is completely unrelated. This Forum post if for the RePricer. If you are having a prep center issue you would need to open a new ticket. In addition you would need to provide more screenshots like the Listed page and the Prep Center page. FYI, all the info HAS to be there. Thx so much.

Hi Daniel – sometimes Amazon gets “stuck”. Sometimes it takes 90 minutes and other times it can take up to 24 hours. If you don’t see the results after 24 hours, list the item again. Hope that helps. Thx
