    Hello,

I am trying to enter ASIN B01JIRJK8S into the prep center, and I am getting an Alert that says Amazon has not provided Internet Mastery with the listing information. What needs to be done?

    • Hi Davina – it can take 90+ minutes after you have listed an item before you can submit it to the Prep Center. You are getting that Alert because you have not waited long enough. BTW, have you gotten your ticket to the Virtual IM LIVE starting Thursday? It would definitely benefit you to attend.

    • Where can I find the shipping and placement fees associated with shipments from the prep center?

      • Hi Lawrence – the Prep Center AI upgrade is still in progress, which we expect to be complete by Thursday, March 6th and introduced / shared and reviewed during IM Live in a few days. Hopefully you have your ticket and you’ll be joining us then. Thx so much!

        Hey IM family.

Is there a way on SC to see when you actually listed a product the date is what i am looking for-

        Thanks in advance!

        • Candy, you can see the date you listed a product in your listed products within the IM Community. On Amazon Seller Central it’s in your “Manage All Inventory” section.

I am a new member. Can someone help me, while filling out the Prep Center form, Under New Submission – Product List – where do I get the “*Select Product/Asin” information to populate the field?

          • Hi Diana, have you downloaded the prep center user guide (located at the top of Prep Center AI)? The ASIN is something you get from your Amazon account however if you simply type in the word that describes your item, the ASIN populates.

            • I did download Prep Center user guide and review. I was able to determine that the item I am attempting to list is not included in SpyRivals. In this situation how do I populate the “Select Product/ASIN” field? Or can I?

Is there a video on how to pack and send your items to Amazon yourself..

            • Hi Cathy – there is no video on how to send your items to Amazon yourself. The only suggestion we make is to use Home Prep AI – yes, there is a $99/month subscription however it will save you 70% off the shipping fees that Amazon charges you when using Amazon Seller Central to make a shipping plan.

              • Adam, I am signed up for the prep center but I’m trying to get ungated and I have to have the products sent to my house first so I was going to send them to amazon myself and use the prep center after I’m ungated.

              • My IM is linked with my amazon seller account. Do I need to log in directing through amazon or can I go thru im.

                • Hi Mike – Can we suggest you head over the Courses and watch the IM Onboarding Course? It will help you significantly. Thank you.

Hi coaches, I was going through the Bolo Deals and got approved for baby fanatic Wisconsin pacifier. When I went to the store to buy it, there was none. But I found the same brand but in pink and the sale price is $7.79. Unfortunately, I did not see that color on Amazon. Can I buy the pink one for the same listing, IF not then what to do with…

                  • Hi Anita – any item you sell on Amazon must be an EXACT MATCH to the item you are listing / sending in. You can’t sell items that are not identical. Hopefully you have not already purchased the inventory. Whether it’s a BOLO Deal or any other way you source the item – the process is all the same. Hope that helps.

                    • Thank you Adam

                    • So I tried searching and could not find an answer. So I have a couple of items that I got listed as a new student that are seasonable on the wrong side of the season. Enthusiastic rooky mistake wont happen again. I don’t want to encounter storage fees but want to minimize my loss and at least recoup some money while blowing out the…

                      • Hi Victor – the best option is to use the RePricer. Set your minimum pricing. Do not make any changes in Seller Central – in fact, don’t even log in. Make the adjustments in the RePricer and let it work. FYI, if people aren’t interested in the item, the price might not matter. And if the goal is to “blowout the inventory” then you can’t…
