Please help! 7 items of my inventory dissapeared and the other three are saying that i’m not approved to sell even though I was approved. What do I do to fix this? I have these items on the way to the prep center and everything!

Hi Amy – how exactly can we help you? Did you submit the prep form prior to sending the item to the Prep Center? If the items were submitted they would appear inside of your listed products AND inside of your prep center admin. Have you checked your Listed Products tab inside to check the status of the items you listed?

Just to follow up Amy, while I’m not sure which ASIN you are referring to, I can confirm that you can NOT sell / send to FBA / the football cards your submitted. They are gated and can’t be sent to Amazon for FBA. As a side note, I literally spoke about this last Friday on my weekly Product Sourcing Community Live – the record is available in the Friday Group. It’s important to watch these sessions and they will definitely be helpful. If you are referring to other items randomly disappearing, we would definitely need more information.

Hi Adam, I’m not talking about one specific item. My whole Amazon Seller Account was wiped clean and I’m looking for guidance. My two pages of ungated brands have dissapeared. all my inventory dissapeared. I just ordered thousands of dollars worth of things that I was approved to sell and send them to the prep center and now they’re all gone from my account
