      How do I find SKU requested by Prep Center which says Amazon hasn’t updated IM? Everything was ok before I sent in the products; I followed procedures correctly.

      ASIN is valid and active. Listed Products shows all checked ok.

      Attached screen shots show the item on Amazon; all ok in Listed Items; and the message in the Prep Center tab.

      I only discovered this message after I double checked Prep Center submission and it showed a different ASIN and different quantity than I had submitted.

        Hi Cheryl if you look at the bar next to the comments you see a little graduation hat and hands clapping and you see a picture of a little video camera well click on the camera and that will open up the videos and there is a video to show you where to find the sku
