My sister & I each can’t connect via adamvirgin.captainlou.com. I reset settings to allow pop-up etc but it won’t load. I’ve tried many times on 12-13 afternoon.

Hi Cheryl, it definitely works :). https://adamvirgin.captainlou.com – just tried it and it came up no problem. No pop up needed. Just open a new tab… copy and paste the URL. Takes you right to the virgin page. You’ll see this in the upper left, that’s how you know you’re in the right place.

@adam working today. I did do all of the above yesterday, as did my sister across the country. Oh well, it’s working now…
