Cheryl, there’s no guarantees that come from attending the ASD show. Just making sure your expectations are set. Every year the results are different based on the vendors that are there.

How often does Repricer update its Amazon LISTED price? An item that I was working on says on IM Repricer that Amazon list price is $18.41 but when I go to Amazon it is $17.09.

The Repricer does not change your listed price on seller central. It reprices all day between your min and max you set.

How do I find SKU requested by Prep Center which says Amazon hasn’t updated IM? Everything was ok before I sent in the products; I followed procedures correctly.
ASIN is valid and active. Listed Products shows all checked ok.
Attached screen shots show the item on Amazon; all ok in Listed Items; and the message in the Prep Center tab.

Hi Cheryl if you look at the bar next to the comments you see a little graduation hat and hands clapping and you see a picture of a little video camera well click on the camera and that will open up the videos and there is a video to show you where to find the sku

How I choose between DELETE a listing vs CLOSE a listing in Manage Inventory? I read Amazon’s help but that didn’t help me.

If I submitted an item to the prep center with the repricer but I entered the wrong list price, will the repricer adjust it? What I listed it as is too low…or should I delete the prep form and start over?

How is the Historical Data in Spyrivals compiled & is it Amazon or IM? I am looking at something that shows historical averages of $13 mo and $15 annual but the graph itself shows prices only ranging from $10-11 consistently. I use this information to make decisions regarding purchases and minimum-maximums for the Repricer. Thanks.

Historical data is based on Amazon sales and is not specific to SpyRivals.

How do I submit a RETURN LABEL for something due to arrive in 2 days to the Prep Center? Before my items even arrive at the prep center, Amazon has swooped in and lowered the price, which puts me in negative ROI. I know I need to pay an Admin Fee but that is much less than what I will lose by sending it to Amazon.

Hi Cheryl, just because the price is lower now does NOT mean it will be lower when the items arrive at amazon. This is very “reactive”. Anyway, you need to delete the plan, then pay the admin fee, then submit a return label. Please watch the video in the videos section on how to create a return label. Thx.

Trying Bolo Search (again) and set parameters according to Adam’s suggestions. Why does EVERY item in various categories (in at leasts 5 pages so far) have a RED FLAG?? When I click on the flag there is no specific reason given and I can’t see the difference in the sourced item vs Amazon.

Cheryl – ALL ITEMS in BOLO Search have a “red flag”. They are there for the USER to “FLAG” an item if it’s an issue so that an admin can decide if the item should be “hidden” from search results. The flag does not mean there is an issue – In fact it’s rare when there is an issue. Thx.

I am not finding on the IM site where the link is to book the hotel for LV. I’ve been watching for it all week so that I don’t miss it. Where do I find it and when will it be active? Will confirmed attendees receive an email?
