the items are supposed to be sold in 2(500 x2=1000 qty0) I then order the items that comes 3(500×3 =1500) they suppose to pack 2 each at the prp center, to send it to amazon, but they rejected my order. now, what should I do? I can’t communicate with the prep center.

it is very unclear of what exactly you ‘ve done….. are you trying to bundle your product

@bobbyrachal_102265 the product is supposed to be bundled in with 2 items. and my ordered came with the bundle of 3 items. So I was told I can do that if send to the prep center, they will do the exact Amazon match ( bundled they way it was listed), but Prep center rejected it!, and wasn’t notify. I had to look carefully in the submit items to see that it was rejected. I don’t understand !

No – they Prep Center Christelle will not do that. I’m not sure who told you that this was possible HOWEVER the Prep Center DOES NOT ever “unbundle” anything. If you sent in a bundle of 3, the Prep Center can not make it a bundle of 2. Your plan was rejected since this can’t be done. If the plan was sent to Amazon it wouldn’t have been good… so be grateful they stopped this for you.
