I have a “wiered” thing happened to my Prep Center shipment. The item was Ungated when I listed it. It is WARNER BROS branded video Game. (Screenshot attached). So I purchased it. Then I sent it to Prep Center.
When Prep Center tried to ship it to Amazon, I got a message from Prep Center that they cannot ship it to Amazon because it was gated.
Is this Ungated status becoming Gated after a certain time? This is scary.
What do I do in this particular case?Cheryl7 Comments-

Now what scares me is that I have Listed, bought and sent to Prep Center other video games (5 more games) that are Ungated when I bought them and now they are gated. I have similar screenshots when I did this process.

Yes Edgar, Amazon can regate you at any time. This is normal and something we discuss all the time in the live weekly sessions. You need to then apply to get ungated again.

@adam Thanks for your clarification. I shall request the Prep Center to have these video games shipped back to me while I am working on the ungating process. I will contact support on how to get those video games shipped back to me.
