      Happy Monday to everyone.
I’m just sharing my experience and I hope that if someone has a similar experience and can offer insights how to avoid or mitigate the consequences, please comment on this post.
I listed an item that really sold well. So after it ran out, I ordered a replenishment and I ordered again. It was in this third shipment that my trouble began. At first, I thought it was simple customer return, but then on the fourth return incident, Amazon called my attention to a comment by a customer: “Received the wrong product”. Four incidents of a “wrong product shipped” in a row is not good.
      My actions were:
      – De-list the item so it is not available for sale.
      – Execute a Removal Order so the Product is returned to me by Amazon.
      – Contacted support to inform the Prep Center and canceled the current submission of the 4th shipment and have it returned to me. This is still in the works as the items are still in the Prep Center. I will pay the $40 fee and the return postage.

Root cause: the supplier shipped the wrong item on my third order and most probably the 4th order, too. I Initiated a return to the supplier.
      Comments, insights, advice are welcome.
