      Continuing with my supplier challenges-here is a lesson learned:
      – I earlier posted about my one shipment being missing after reaching the Amazon facility
      – I also posted about a seller shipping the wrong product.

      In the case of the missing shipment, I was asked to submit a request to investigate form. Which I did and was refunded.
      In the case of the wrong product shipment, I was threatened with account deactivation until I can show proof that it was not my fault. In short you are guilty, until proven otherwise. I happen to be in contact with a reasonable support person and after explanations and scrutiny of the product in question, I was cleared of wrong-doing.

      in short, Amazon will be quick to deactivate your account when a customer makes a complaint. Just fyi so no surprises there, especially, in this approaching busy Q4 season.
