Hello, I ordered and shipped the “wrong” product to the Prep Center. Can the Prep Center return the product in my behalf? The product concerned is a 7 oz bag of dog treats instead of a 10 oz bag.
The merchant cannot recall the product, but is willing to give a refund if the product is returned to them.

Edgar – if you have no plan, you need to pay a $40 admin fee and then return shipping. If you have a plan, you need to delete it or your items will be sent to amazon. Once you have paid the admin fee you can send a return shipping item. Thx

I have a few submissions (yet-more to go!) to the Prep Center and one of them was Milk Duds. I did not get an error or a pop up when I submitted it. Now, it comes under the Rejected Section because it was classified as a “meltable”.
What do I in this situation?-
You can either send in a return shipping label Edgar or you can donate it – the prep center team likes Meltables 🙂

I was very happy to be ungated in two brands today but I noticed that the products in both brands were “Sold by Amazon” and “Shipped by Amazon” with no other sellers. When I looked for the products in the brand’s store, the prices all match exactly the same as in the Amazon listing.
I cannot find other sensible product sources.

I got a very interesting experience today. I found an ungated product after reverse engineering a gated one. When I looked it up in Amazon, there are only two counts of it left and it is sold one FBM. I looked it up in Spyrivals and there was no monthly or daily sales record! But it is ungated and I plugged in the prices and it gave me 147%…
