My item says to submit a prep form, which I’ve done, and it’s showing on submitted items, but it won’t give me the acceptance check. Does anyone know why? It was submitted June 19th and has been sitting here unchanged, and today is June 22nd. I want to order before the deal is gone.

It says submitted a day ago for the listed product, but that’s wrong. Everything was approved on the 19th except the prep form. Do submissions get approved 24/7? Or are there down times?

Missing or held up product in Prep Center. We submitted a prep form and listed a product on Amazon (both accepted). We had the product sent to the Prep Center, with indications that all were received and the status was listed at Accepted on Feb 10th. Since this time, we’ve received no status notifications of shipment or that it has been…

This item was shipped to Amazon 23+ days ago – details are in your prep center account including tracking info, etc.
With regards to your email – the prep center doesn’t provide shipping updates.

Is there any video discussing emails from Amazon regarding an assigned complimentary Account Representative. Do I need to respond to his email and should Iwork with them or does Internet Mastery take the place of anything I would need from them? Also, I have gotten emails about suggested price reductions of our products, should I accept…

I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to our mentor Melissa, she kept our spirits up during moments of discouragment and gave wonderful tips and tricks on how to move our business forward.
