The Meaning of the checkmarks is:
1 checkmark: The Listing has been submitted to Amazon
2 checkmarks:The Listing is Approved
1 Checkmark: My submission to the Prep Center has been completed
So if you don’t see the second 1 Checkmark, it means the submission to the
Prep Center has not been completed, right?
So, the question is: how can I find why the submission has not been completed? And
what do I need to do to complete it?

You should always check to see if a prep form has been submitted in any case, even if you submitted one in Spyrivals X. You can create one yourself in Prep Center AI. The Prep Center AI is where you will see what items have been received by the prep center, items rejected and for the reason what has been sent to Amazon. You can track everything there and you should become very familiar with all aspects.

hi Melissa, in my case I can see the items are listed and submitted but I don’t see the last check mark. Can I just go on with the submission and buy the products? Thx
