We received an email from Amazon stating that we are eligible to sell internationally. Can you give us any insight on this? Is it worth it? We have been involved with Internet Mastery and selling on Amazon since last April. We currently have a little over $19,500 in sales, and we do want to expand our business.

Hey John,
You can certainly do that if you would like but its something that I haven’t really ventured into since the vast majority of sales are in the USA. Plus, there could be fees that will catch you off guard in other marketplaces.

We received an email from Amazon regarding our capacity limits for March. This is the first time we have seen it. It shows our Feb usage and our capacity for March. Can you explain what or if this has any effect on our business? It looks like we have more storage than last month.

There are several options – we’re trying to have it only show one option – have you tried the 2nd one on the list? It’s been an interesting glitch to fix – we haven’t fixed yet, but it’s definitely there because I just watched it 🙂

I tried all options along with the audio and chat. I get a black screen on the videos. No audio and no chat.

We were able to list the product directly on Amazon, however we aren’t able to submit a prep center form. I also reached out to Amazon support and they were able to see our listings for the two items but either weren’t able to troubleshoot the communication between Amazon and the IM, or they didn’t know how. Hey John – you can’t adjust the data that Amazon provides since you didn’t create the listing. You can always try to list the item on Amazon manually and see what happens. They might provide additional insight if you do it that way. Or you might end up in the same spot. Never hurts to check.
