When using the wholesale analyzer, I get a lot of files that are not found. Is this normal? Is there something I may be doing wrong?

Our IPI Score is being negatively affected by our FBA In-stock rate. I’m wondering how we should handle the following situation, which appears to be a large factor in the rating.

Can anyone comment if there are any pluses or minuses to B2B selling on Amazon, by adding business pricing? Are the fees the same in that market as they are on the general population in Amazon?

I came across a product in Bolo Search that is listed on Amazon in their “Luxury Store”. There was no link for Spyrivals, so I’m guessing it isn’t something me as an Amazon seller can list. Can anyone explain what this section of Amazon is all about?

This is a first for us. We have an $80 item that a customer returned and Amazon is deeming it unsellable due to “Customer Damaged”. Is there anything we can do? sorry that happened, just following. Good to learn about this as I am very new. Not sure there is much a person can do. On an expensive item like that or more it could be a hard pill to swallow.

You can have it sent back to you and see what condition it’s in. You can send it back to Amazon if it’s still new or if opened than you can sell on another platform. I sell my returns that are new but opened on ebay. 😉
