Our IPI Score is being negatively affected by our FBA In-stock rate. I’m wondering how we should handle the following situation, which appears to be a large factor in the rating.

We have items that show Out of Stock after selling “most” of the items. I’d love to close or delete the listing however there are still items showing “Reserved”, “FC Processing” – The shipment also shows closed.

What is everyone’s opinion on how to handle these situations? Should I close the listing, or leave it in place, hoping the FC Processing situation straightens itself out for these items?
