Good morning!
I was instructed by tech support to post this here.
I prep 5 boxes total. 3 boxes were processed without any issues. The 4th had issues last night but got resolved this morning.
The 5th box is where I am having issues. I used the same process as I did for the other boxes.
The expiration date has been added and everything is shipped…-

There is no way to tell from your screenshot what your issue is – you need to provide all the screenshots and clarify.
