I have an ungating issue. I have submitted invoices, have identified all the action figures in my box of 8 and have at least 100 items of the same action figure x2. I have 50 boxes and that gives me about 400 items total since there are 8 items in a box and i have 50 boxes. Each time I submit, i get a different problem identified from amazon. …

Hi Kathleen, the only advice we can give you is to provide Amazon with the information they need with the way they need it. Amazon doesn’t provide phone support for ungating support. Amazon doesn’t have to unagate anyone – and Amazon gets to choose which invoices they want to accept. There isn’t any other option other than re-submitting…

I was unable to get into the meeting, tried from 6 pm to 6:20 pm. Tech Support was not available. Waiting for the replay.

Kathleen, the replay is the same place where the live event session takes place – The replay was posted 30 minutes after the live event LAST NIGHT. The replay is available in the courses section under replays.

I have ordered several sets of an item where 1 unit has 8different items in it, each with their own UPC barcode. I am not approved to sell all of the8 items but am approved to sell 6 of them. Prep center sent my boxes of inventory to me since I am having problems getting ungated ( I don’t have 100 items of an individual item). So my…

You can send in to the prep center whatever it is that you are approved to sell.

Hi Kathleen,
You bought it as a pack of 8 from EE but they can be sold as a single ASIN since they all had their own UPC. So list the ones on Amazon that you are approved for and send them back to the prep center or send to Amazon yourself.
