A week ago I shared a post where Amazon citing a discrepancy in my listing. The units I listed where 12 and they located 9. Which means 3 are missing .In the post , I erroneously indicated 10 units, so I did not get an adequate answer as to how I can trace the 3 missing units. Some one please advice.
Adam-
Merab – first, confirm the # that were sent to Amazon. If all 12 were sent to Amazon, you need to open a case with Amazon to find the missing units.

I listed 10 units of a product, bought them and forwarded directly to the prep center. Amazon has located 9 only citing a discrepancy. How do l trace the 3 units missing? Advice please.
-
Merab – if you bought 10 and amazon has now, how are 3 missing?

Sorry, they were 12 units and they recorded having received 9 units with a discrepancy of 3

Merab, you would have to follow the guidelines that Amazon gives you. Unfortunately ever situation is different so there would be no way for us to provide a specific answer to your question.

Merab – there’s not a whole lot you can do. Make sure your item is set up with the repricer to make sure you are competitively priced. Have you watched the IM Live Virtual event from last week? It might be really helpful.

I recently got an email from Amazon telling me that l am now eligible to offer premium shipping options, and the instructions on how to go about it were included. How ever my efforts are fruitless.l don’t seem to get it right.Kindly help me figure this out.Thanks.

Hi Merab,
With the Premium Shipping option, that is simply just for FBM products. FBA already does provide the premium shipping for your customers. So unless you are doing a lot of FBM on your items then I would simply disregard the Premium Shipping option

How many credits do l need to submitt one prep form?
-
Hi Merab – in your previous post I answered this question. Here it is again: “You purchase one credit for each item you send in.” Unless, it’s a bundle, which requires 2 credits per bundle. So if you are sending in 10 items it would need 10 credits. OR you can upgrade to ELITE and then get additional coaching and included credits for that…

I am trying to submit a prep form but a message appears saying that I don’t have enough credits and therefore I should purchase credits. How does this work? Kindly someone elaborate .I have no clue how to do it. And I realize this is one of those things I did not grasp from the beginning.
-
Good morning Merab. Your plan included a set amount of items you can send to the prep center. Congrats on actions on using them all. Now you need to purchase credits. You can do the from the IM Dashboard. You purchase one credit for each item you send in. Hope that helps. Keep up the great work!
