    • Hi Nancy – the prep center doesn’t provide updates or support so you would not receive messages from the Prep Center unless they need you or have a question for them. Thx

      • Thank you Adam. If the Prep Center does not provide updates, how can I find out the status of the product delivered a month ago? I already created a submission form and listed the item on Amazon, but I don’t see any information in the Prep Center. It’s not showing under ‘Open Submissions’ or ‘Rejected Submissions’ either..
