I’m having problems installing Spy Rival X. I click on it and it opens a new tab and it states, “Spy Rival X is installed on Microsoft Edge”. And that’s all that page does.

I posed this question to customer service. I found a product on a retailer website and the same product is on Amazon. It’s hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like the retailer’s product is a little lighter in color. Can I list it? Customer Service answer was “do they have the same ASIN”. How do I find the retailers product ASIN. It’s not listed on their on line store.

Reagan, retailers don’t have ASIN’s. An ASIN is specific to Amazon.
