Hi, I’m having an issue with my dashboard not updating. The order and shipping numbers haven’t changed, but my Amazon account shows new orders and shipments over the past few weeks.

Hi everyone,
I created a prep center plan for one ASIN (5 units total), but I recently noticed that the supplier shipped 2 units with one carrier and 3 units with another.
Could you please advise if I should update or notify the prep center about this situation?

Yes you can go ahead by clicking on reseller, keep in mind (sometimes) not all the time, after you click on reseller you might or might not get a message saying that they need an invoice from the manufacture or distributor. Hopefully it doesn’t give you that message. and you can be ungated.
