Per Adam’s suggestion Sunday I submitted screenshots of the email history of my supplier invoice to Amazon when replying to my case to ungate a brand. I was denied again this morning. No specific reason given, just the generic “We are currently unable to approe your application to sell XXXX products on Amazon”. This was instead of the previous rejection where the reason given was “The provided documentation cannot be accepted due to potential document alterations identified in our verification process. To validate product legitimacy, submit authentic and unaltered documents.”
Any other suggestions?
