Hi
i just got an item in the cart sitting there for an hour and its already in Amazon and in Prep Center AI but not showing under Listed Products. First time coming across this situation. Any suggestion?.

Hi i have 2items Pending. How is this possible?. When my hubby buys things on Amazon we pay and there is no pending on the card. Who are these buyers that causes a Pending on items?.There’s plenty of that item as i have not sold any of it. Any suggestions?.

Patience…… The moment Amazon ships the product to the customer. BAM! It will not be pending anymore and you’ll see Payment complete.

I have a question, when i am in seller’s central then i click on Manage Inventory i see in Red” activate all Listings”. what do i do?. i thought all listings uploaded on Amazon are activated already. Feedback would be appreciated.

Hi Tina. We can work on this on our next coaching session. It’s difficult to know what’s going on in your account without seeing it. It sounds like those items don’t have any inventory but I’m not sure.

Can someone help with a question i have please. i just purchased the repricer and is there somewhere to install that tool or just go to the Repricer tab on the left hand panel?.

You access the repricer from the “left hand panel”…. nothing to install..

IF your still within the unlimited credits time frame, on the IM community page select credits then credit history, from there click purchase history, you should then see the unlimited status from the purchased date to the expiry date.

Hi Bobby thank you for your reply. i do see it now. Its for the Prep Center usage?. Humm, i recall hearing about it but did not understand what it was for. I guess if we run out of the unlimited status we would need to buy it?.

If many sellers are having issues, why would changing your internet provider help? Seems like a lot to ask!

yeah! i thought it was odd but they are offering better payments. i said i have to think about that and let my husband beaware of it too. Does anyone have this issues? Thank you Shirley
