    • IF your still within the unlimited credits time frame, on the IM community page select credits then credit history, from there click purchase history, you should then see the unlimited status from the purchased date to the expiry date.

      • Hi Bobby thank you for your reply. i do see it now. Its for the Prep Center usage?. Humm, i recall hearing about it but did not understand what it was for. I guess if we run out of the unlimited status we would need to buy it?.

      • If many sellers are having issues, why would changing your internet provider help? Seems like a lot to ask!

        • yeah! i thought it was odd but they are offering better payments. i said i have to think about that and let my husband beaware of it too. Does anyone have this issues? Thank you Shirley
