I have an ungating issue. I have submitted invoices, have identified all the action figures in my box of 8 and have at least 100 items of the same action figure x2. I have 50 boxes and that gives me about 400 items total since there are 8 items in a box and i have 50 boxes. Each time I submit, i get a different problem identified from amazon. I have the child certificate, a letter from the wholesale distributor, and the toxic information needed. One time I am told I should only sell these items as a bundle since the bundle has its own UPC code. However each action figure has its own UPC also. Then I am told they are not able to validate the invoice (? HUH), etc. I have called and talked to individuals only to find out from their managers that they should have immediately connected me with ungating dept. This manager sends an email to the ungating dept and I get another email back that does not respond to my issues bc they want me to resubmit an application. again. Then I get a response that says I am submitting too many applications for the same thing! Just when I thought i had everything in place i get another rejection letter. I called them today and got disconnected !! MY questions include but are not limited to:a. what is another recourse? b. how do i find out what the heck the real problem is c. how do i cope with this–it is over a month. the customers are not getting my products, I am frustrated as all heck with the process, the computer talk responses (vague at the least) and their employees not knowing how to handle situations. HELP
