@Mhalen your screenshot shows the videos are “loading” and unfortunately we can’t troubleshoot your device. I checked and it’s definitely working.

@Michael, i left it 20 minutes to load. How long do i have to wait? i missed a lot of videos already.. can you check it again please. Appreciate yor reply.
