      I have three orders that was to deliver Saturday or today. They said they couldn’t deliver and was returning it to the warehouse. Can I get the Prep Centers hours and days open, is there a gate and a code?

        Hi Sheila – there is no gate. There is no code. The prep center is not open on the weekends… they are open normal business hours. 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. And, the prep center is open today so it wouldn’t be possible for a delivery not to be made today. Hope that helps and congrats on your awesome progress!

          @adam Thanks Adam. I kind of think it maybe the delivery person, OR. I hope to have the items delivered again during business hours.
