I have an issue. I have bought a product and it is on its way to the prep center. For some reason the product is not available on Amazon (???). It is there when I look it up but not available to me any further. There seems to be an issue with the SKU. I need to know what to do if anybody can help.

Hi Sheila – if you have listed it and submitted a prep form, how can it not be available on Amazon? It would be impossible to answer with a lot more info. Thx.

@michael_b_6839 It says Amazon is taking a little longer 30 minutes and it says go ahead and submit the prep form in the meantime. Hour glass is saying waiting on confirmation. I had jumped the gun and ordered it with about 3 others from the same Wholesaler. If there is an issue with the SKU how can I fix it? Or what do I need to do to get the product delivered to me once the prep center receives it?

If there is an issue with the SKU it typically means you can’t send it to Amazon for fba – which is why you can’t submit the prep form. When it gets delivered the prep center will send you an email to pay the admin fee and you can send in a return shipping label.
