• This is a first for us. We have an $80 item that a customer returned and Amazon is deeming it unsellable due to “Customer Damaged”. Is there anything we can do? This particular item was purchased and the customer indicted the reason for the return was “No longer needed it because mine started working again”. My suspicion is that they swapped their item for the new one and returned a non-functioning one to Amazon.

      • sorry that happened, just following. Good to learn about this as I am very new. Not sure there is much a person can do. On an expensive item like that or more it could be a hard pill to swallow.

        • You can have it sent back to you and see what condition it’s in. You can send it back to Amazon if it’s still new or if opened than you can sell on another platform. I sell my returns that are new but opened on ebay. 😉
