New IM student here. Watching the videos and courses, logging in for the lives with Adam each week, and the coaching are all excellent. As Adam says, if you follow the steps and directions you can do this. It does seem overwhelming at the start but if you just keep studying it will come to you a little at a time. It is for me and I cannot wait to keep learning and progressing.
