When I get paid from Amazon; is there a report I can run that shows exactly what I’m getting paid on?
Cheryl, Joseph and Adam-
Esterine, you can follow these steps:
🧭 Step-by-Step: How to See What You’re Being Paid For
1️⃣ Log Into Seller Central
Go to: https://sellercentral.amazon.com
2️⃣ Navigate to Payments
From the main menu, hover over Reports
Click on “Payments”
3️⃣ Open the “Statement View”
This is the summary of each settlement period (usually 14 days)
You’ll see:
-Total Sales
-Refunds
-Fees
Amazon’s deposit to your account
4️⃣ Click “All Statements” (to see prior payouts)
You can download a CSV or PDF version of your payout
5️⃣ Click “Transaction View” (for a detailed breakdown)
This gives you a line-by-line view of:
-Order-level payments
-FBA shipping charges
-Amazon fee deductions
-Reimbursements (damaged inventory, lost units)
-Service fees
📊 Pro Tip: Use the Summary Reports for Quick Reference
Go to Reports > Payments > Date Range Reports
You can create custom reports to export data by month, week, or custom range
Select “Summary” to get an easier-to-read report showing sales, refunds, fees, and net payout
Every time you get paid, Amazon gives you a full breakdown of how that amount was calculated. It’s all in your Payments and Settlement Reports. If you ever feel confused, start with the Statement View, then use the Transaction View for deeper insight.
